It all started with a Lensbaby Composer Pro and a double-glass optic.
I have a keen interest in cinematography and had noticed a selective-focus effect in various movies, which led me to research how the shots were created. This research led me to the Lensbaby ecosystem. Not satisfied with creating lens-blur effects in a post-processing workflow with a Photoshop lasso & gaussian blur filter, I wanted to create unique in-camera shots.
And thus, my long relationship with Lensbaby was born.
