I enjoyed using B&W film back in the day and still use B&W film packs with my Polaroid camera. Recently, I've gravitated back into the monotone/greyscale digital world, finding the details that colour can overwhelm in a riot of colour. Nowadays, you'll find me experimenting with Black Mist, Split Diopter, and Anamorphic-effect techniques to achieve the images I envision. I've also been enjoying a deeper dive into menu items such as double exposure in my camera itself, thanks to the push of a certain shooting companion.
